In a professional career spanning more than 45 years, Andy has extensive experience in Australia and internationally in the fields of cave and karst research and management, natural resource inventory, landscape rehabilitation, fire-fighting and tourism planning and management. More recently he has also been involved in World Heritage and UNESCO Global Geoparks.
Optimal Karst Management can help with the World Heritage Area and UNESCO Geoparks assessment processes, with producing effective management plans for Karst areas, environmental impact statements, fire rehabilitation in National Parks and other sensitive areas, assessments of derelict mine sites and development of interpretive material for karst tourism ventures.
